Charlotte grew up in Balsall common, she has always been interested in the hair and beauty industry, she trained as a beauty therapist at Blossom field college and decided to take up hair dressing a few years later. Where she found her passion and fell in love with it. “I love working in the hair and beauty industry.
My goal has always been to make people feel relaxed the minute they sit in my chair and listen to my clients needs, to achieve a look they are happy with.” Charlotte also has a huge passion in colour and its creative aspect. With personalizing all colour placements in balayage or highlights to custom toners. She is an accomplished, creative, and dedicated artist in Colouring, Cutting, and Styling. Her creativity and continued education allow her to provide her clients with a diversity of styles to meet their personal taste.

Dawn was born in Carlisle, Cumbria, at the age of two she moved to Fen end. There she began her apprenticeship in 1986 with Westwood hair and beauty. Dawn went to Solihull college to study hairdressing and has been a stylist for 32 years! She has done a variety of specialist hair colour training courses with MATRIX and Schwarzkopt.

Dawn has extensive knowledge and skills with hair colour techniques, precision cutting, perming and hair styling. She specialises in short hair and is the stylist to go to, when a restyle is needed! She is an accomplished, creative and she welcomes the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver to you the best service in the industry by creating a custom look that will exceed your expectations. When Dawn is not in the salon you can find her on caravan trips with her family.

Colour Specialist & Nail technician

Savannah is from Cumbria in the lake district and relocated to Balsall common at a young age. She has always been into art and hair styling growing up helping her grandmother, in her salon in Cumbria from the age of four. She gained her level 2 & 3 hair dressing NVQ at CWT training and worked as apprentice at westwood hair and beauty, she has worked at the salon for 4 years, she has worked here ever since Savannah has been certified and trained in nail services specialising in shellac and nail art. She also provides makeup services, eyelash extensions, high definition eyebrows and specializes in hair colour. Savannah also loves creating hair up do’s for special events. She stays up to date and current on hair colour trends and techniques to always deliver the best to her clients, she has been on a variety of MATRIX hair courses which specialise in the up and coming hair colour trends. Savannah loves to make a connection with her clients and make them feel their best not only on the outside but on the inside also. She spends her free time using her photography skills which she also has a passion for.

Beauty therapist & Hair stylist

Kelly is from Coventry; she really found her passion in the beauty industry. She has been a beauty therapist for 16 years. She started working in a salon in Coventry at 13, where she did her apprenticeship and stayed for 10 years. She has done her level 2 & 3 beauty training. “Beauty is my passion. I love the way it makes people feel; it gives me a real sense of purpose”. She also specialises in shellac nails, eyelash extensions, high definition brows, sienna x spray tan and acrylic nails. She is also an excellent makeup artist. She is now training to be a hair stylist and is completing her level 2 hairdressing NVQ within the salon. Kelly has trained with Dermalogica and guniot skin care ranges. She used to own her own hair and beauty salon for 3 years in Coventry but then sold the salon to start a new life venture, which was having her two beautiful children. When Kelly is not in the salon you can find her, spending time with her family
